A leading fusion power company in Everett, WA, is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to build and automate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test platforms. This onsite role involves designing HIL testbeds, automating tests, and collaborating with teams to ensure the reliability of fusion systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python, including test automation.
• Experience using PyVISA for lab instrumentation control.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testbeds.
• Automate hardware test systems for regression testing.
• Control and automate lab equipment.

Skills

Strong programming experience in Python

Experience using PyVISA or similar libraries

Hands-on experience with lab equipment

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks

Strong troubleshooting skills
