Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year ABET-accredited engineering degree.
• Typically 10+ years of related electrical engineering experience.
• FE Certification; PE Registration expected within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of HEAPY Vision, Mission and Core Values and ensures alignment with position responsibilities.
• Performs design work and calculations for electrical systems in healthcare environments.
• Prepares technical specifications and cost estimates for project approval.
• Evaluates vendors’ bids and drawings for compliance with specifications.
• Reviews and approves electrical design drawings for assigned project segments.
• Collaborates with other engineers to support design guides and design control procedures.
