Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for its San Jose hybrid team. You will guide electrical and compliance design from concept to production, working with cross-functional teams to define specifications and mitigate risks.

You will leverage Cadence and ANSYS tools, perform EMC testing, and ensure compliance with FCC, ISED, CE, and KR standards. A strong background in electronics design and diagnostics is essential.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• 10+ years electronics product design experience.
• Familiar with simulation tools (Cadence, ANSYS).
• Proficiency with high-end diagnostic equipment (spectrum analyzer, EMI receiver, VNA).
• Experience with FCC/ISED/CE/KR certifications and related testing.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize electrical and compliance design from product specs with cross-functional teams.
• Use simulations to identify risk areas and mitigate issues.
• Review and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
• Troubleshoot design failures and develop cost-effective mitigations.
• Perform EMC testing and address compliance failures and root causes.
