You will collaborate with a deeply technical and dynamic team of electrical and firmware engineers as well as cross‑functional global teams, to innovate and deliver game‑changing products and solutions in our server marketspace.

You will:
  • Design next‑generation hardware features in partnership with front end teams and industry partners; drive feature and cost trade‑off analysis to provide technical recommendations
  • Provide design guidance to enable and support global teams
  • Deliver assigned system interfaces with design and process across extended teams
  • Prepare documentation for inspection/testing procedures
  • Design, develop and implement cost effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
Essential Requirements
  • 6+ years’ industry experience in related roles or have equivalent skill; must include product development experience from early concept through production
  • Advanced understanding of PCBA technologies, appropriate system architectures, Verilog/System Verilog and hardware description language (HDL) coding practices
  • Proficiency in design, register‑transfer level (RTL) design and simulation test benches
  • Strong fundamentals in both analog and digital design practices with desire to share knowledge and mentor others
  • Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions, and ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues
Desirable Requirements
  • Strong background in x86/ARM architectures with hands‑on experience using FPGA and verification toolchains (Lattice/Xilinx/Altera, Synopsys VCS), scripting languages (Python/Batch), and Git‑based workflow management
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted development, including AI‑driven HDL coding, machine‑learning‑based verification to boost simulation and test coverage, and AI‑optimized FPGA design workflows
