Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
• 20+ years of relevant industry experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or ability to obtain it
• Experience supporting business development and growth initiatives
• Familiarity with developing RFP responses, fee proposals, staffing strategies in various markets
• Involvement with local professional and business organizations
• Understanding of financial planning including budgeting, leasing, event coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse teams and markets
