Dell Technologies is seeking an Electrical Senior Engineer in the Hardware Engineering team for Round Rock, Texas (and Hopkinton, Massachusetts). You will contribute across the hardware development lifecycle, from concept through validation, delivering enterprise-grade systems to a broad customer base.

You will collaborate with firmware, mechanical, power and thermal engineers, guiding design direction and ensuring feasibility of architectures for next-generation devices and platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in hardware design, analysis and debugging of complex printed circuit boards.
• Experience in computer architecture and designing with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, SAS or Ethernet.
• Able to conduct and communicate design and feature analysis based on requirements and to set standards for product design, cost, performance and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Develop solutions to complex engineering problems
• Support senior architects while collaborating across hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing and procurement to meet design goals
• Author and coordinate design guides and specifications for new designs and steer architectural direction for next-gen devices/platforms
• Design and develop new enterprise and datacenter solutions with technologies including x86, ARM SoCs, DDR4/DDR5, NVMeoF, PCIe, GPUs and DPUs
• Work with ODM/JDM partners to execute designs and review validation results
