Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of design/consulting experience.
• Experience with power distribution systems, microgrids, and renewable energy projects.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year (preferred).
• 3D modeling with Revit/AutoCAD/NavisWorks/CADWorx.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering team to provide advisory and design solutions for energy sector clients.
• Mentor and manage junior/mid-level engineers; collaborate with account managers and sales on strategic pursuits.
• Develop concept-level plans; take designs through detailed engineering to full execution; end-to-end lifecycle services.
