Job summary

The Mill is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development of hardware and digital systems. You will design mixed-signal PCBAs, work alongside firmware engineers, and oversee the full lifecycle of the hardware components.

This role requires expertise in low-voltage digital designs, embedded Linux, and hands-on experience with production hardware. The position offers an attractive salary range of $195k to $225k and requires a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience on production hardware products.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of PCB designs.
• Familiarity with embedded Linux systems and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design and bring up mixed-signal PCBAs and carrier boards.
• Integrate and validate camera modules and sensing hardware.
• Build and own test infrastructure for validation and screening.
