Job summary

The role requires deep expertise in signal integrity, noise mitigation, and real-time interfaces for sporting optics and related platforms. Responsibilities include driving hardware development, mentoring engineers, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, compliant products

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• 7–10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Strong foundation in programming (C and assembly) to support hardware integration and bring-up.
• Proficiency with Altium for PCB design and tooling; HDL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-power embedded systems, sensor interfaces, and wireless communications.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout; lead bring-up and verification of prototypes.
• Characterize performance and identify root causes using field data; support supplier collaboration.
