United Future is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Central NY to join a hands-on engineering team. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with 1–2 remote days per week, a profit-sharing bonus, and the chance to own end-to-end product development from concept through production.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in electrical design, strong analog/digital, microcontroller knowledge, and the ability to mentor others while growing into leadership roles within a collaborative engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and troubleshooting.
Responsabilités
- Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
- Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
- Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
- Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
- Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
- Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
