CareerNerds, LLC is partnering with a Central NY manufacturer to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer for a hybrid role. You will design, test, and iterate embedded controls across the product lifecycle in a collaborative environment that values hands-on development and innovation.

You'll own schematics in Altium/OrCAD, lead cross-functional projects, mentor peers, and contribute to product reliability and manufacturability while enjoying a profit-sharing culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical design experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design and microcontrollers.

Responsabilidades

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics using Altium or OrCAD.
• Evaluate test plans, conduct peer reviews, and ensure reliability.
• Lead component-level troubleshooting for production and service.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement.
