Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable work experience if no Engineering degree.
• Strong understanding of local codes and amendments and ability to apply them to design and calculations.
• Excellent collaboration across disciplines and teams to deliver integrated MEP designs.

Responsibilities

• Performs calculations and designs engineering systems with a high degree of independence.
• Prepares electrical system layouts, drawings and schematics.
• Coordinate design requirements with BIM department and project management.
• Researches and evaluates systems or equipment for feasibility and application.
• Attend client meetings and grow relationships with staff and clients.
• Assist with project coordination tasks, including scheduling and ensuring project quality.
