Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Alabama or eligible by reciprocity within 6 months.
• 8+ years progressive electrical design experience.
• Leadership/mentoring of design staff.
• Experience delivering on private, public, and federal projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight for electrical design.
• Mentor and develop staff within the MEPS team.
• Establish and improve electrical discipline standards and specs.
• Engineer of Record on assigned projects.
• Provide technical and cost estimates and on-the-spot decisions.
• Coordinate with disciplines and external consultants.
