Job summary

Picogrid, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, build, and deploy mission-critical hardware systems supporting U.S. defense operations.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of embedded systems, mechanical integration, and high-reliability design, owning electrical components powering autonomous systems in the field. You will manage the full design lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production and field deployment, collaborating with software, mechanical, and deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of industry experience designing and releasing custom PCBAs into production.
• Deep understanding of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, power electronics and high-reliability components.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle for hardware products from rapid prototyping to production and field deployment.
• Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, and deployment teams to ensure reliable operation in harsh environments.
