Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Vertical Launch System (VLS) Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Engineering Branch. This role involves designing and developing test equipment, mentoring junior engineers, and providing engineering support for installation and troubleshooting. A BSEE or equivalent degree is required, along with over 10 years of experience in electronics design. The position offers a competitive salary range of $101,648.64 to $152,472.96 annually, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electronics hardware and software design.
• Fluency in system programming languages such as C++, C#, Visual Basic.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach junior engineers and technicians.
• Design new ATE systems.
• Provide oversight for control software in new system designs.
• Support installation and troubleshooting of test systems.

Skills

Solid electronics background

Experience in digital and analog hardware design

Excellent electronics debugging skills

PCB design experience

Education
