Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for the Advanced Manufacturing Group. You will perform critical design work related to power distribution systems, contribute to technical team efforts, and ensure quality assurance of designs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering design.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial facility design.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC).

Responsibilities

• Provide design work for data center facility power distribution.
• Contribute to team technical collaboration and perform quality reviews.
• Assist with construction on site and produce construction documents.

Skills

Experience in engineering design of medium and low voltage distribution systems

Knowledge of Revit or BIM software

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license
