Job summary

Bala Consulting Engineers in Wayne, PA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our Mission Critical electrical designs. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the Data Center sector, specializing in critical power distribution infrastructure and fire alarm systems. Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing Data Center critical power distribution infrastructure.
• Knowledge of applicable codes including energy conservation.
• PE Preferred, EIT certification required, LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineer on select projects in the Mission Critical Sector.
• Prepare calculations for feeders, services, short circuit, transformer size.
• Design building electrical distribution, fire alarm and security systems.
• Perform on-site surveys of existing electrical equipment.
