Job Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead innovative electrical solutions for data centers. The role involves mentoring teams, engaging in design and analysis with advanced technologies, and managing the entire product lifecycle from analysis to implementation. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of electrical design, consulting, and leadership experience, particularly in mission-critical infrastructure like enterprise or colocation data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and project development, including system architecture strategy and proposal preparation.
• Manage client relationships, participate in marketing, and identify new business opportunities.
• Design, oversee, and validate electrical systems in data centers, ensuring compliance with standards such as NEC, UL, and NFPA.
• Perform load analysis, system modeling, and root cause investigations to optimize performance and reliability.
• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 15-20 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in hyper-scale data center environments.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license; additional certifications like IEEE CSEP, CRE, or CEM are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage systems, power distribution, and data center operations.
• Proficiency in electrical codes, power system protection, and automation systems.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $189,000 to $235,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities. Introba is committed to pay equity and diversity.
