Job summary

Boulder Connect seeks a senior Lead Electrical Design Engineer to drive electrical design for complex commercial and industrial projects in Wisconsin. You will lead calculations, code reviews, and project coordination while mentoring junior engineers and supporting estimating and submittals.

You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and field personnel to deliver safe, cost-effective, constructible, and innovative energy systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards,
