Colliers Engineering & Design in Lansing, MI is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who is a licensed PE to lead building electrical design projects. The role includes overseeing designers, conducting QA/QC, and providing technical leadership across complex electrical systems for manufacturing, office, and warehouse facilities.
The candidate will mentor staff, ensure code compliance (NFPA 70/IEEE), and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Colliers Engineering & Design is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Building Engineering Services team in our Lansing, MI office! To be considered, we ask that candidates are licensed engineers.
This position will oversee designer work, provide team technical leadership, perform quality reviews of design packages, and assist directly with the more complex portions of the design process. It will also play an important role in resolving electrical project related issues, motivating teams, identifying problems, recommending improvement, and assisting in achieving department, division and corporate goals.
Our electrical engineers are experienced in a wide range of projects including power generation and distribution for low voltage to medium voltage, lighting systems, fire alarms, security, and access control systems for advanced manufacturing, office buildings, complex warehouses, renewable energy, and other national clients.
