WSP in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Property & Buildings team. You will lead electrical design for diverse building projects, mentor junior staff, and help deliver from concept through construction, with opportunities to work in Austin as well.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance, perform analyses, and contribute to client meetings and proposals while advancing sustainable design across healthcare, education, and civic facilities.
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Property & Buildings team in Dallas, TX. This position offers the opportunity to support and lead electrical design efforts for a wide range of building projects, including commercial, mixed‑use, civic, healthcare, science & technology, and institutional facilities. Experience with higher education projects is highly desirable.
This position can also be based in our Austin, TX office.
The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable building solutions while contributing technical expertise, mentoring junior staff, and supporting project delivery from concept through construction. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take the next step in technical leadership while continuing to grow their design and client‑facing responsibilities.

Expected Salary: $100,800 - $147,000
