Job summary

Axis seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in Roswell, GA to lead power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and related building systems. You will mentor engineers, coordinate across disciplines, and guide projects from concept through construction.

You will ensure code compliance with the NEC and NFPA standards while communicating with clients and stakeholders to deliver constructible, high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in building systems design.
• Active Professional Engineer license in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and other disciplines.
• Review construction documents, calculations, and system narratives.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers to improve technical quality.
