As a Senior Electrical Engineer – Battery Systems, Controls & EMS Integration, you will provide technical leadership for the design, validation, and optimization of utility‑scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects supporting next‑generation data center and grid applications. Reporting to the Chief Electrical Engineer, you will lead battery sizing, evaluate BESS technologies, validate inverter/PCS performance, and drive the integration of EMS, Plant Controllers, and SCADA systems to ensure reliable, high‑performing energy storage solutions. This is a highly collaborative role that combines advanced engineering analysis, controls expertise, and operational optimization to shape the future of large‑scale energy infrastructure.
