Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and bring up server-grade electrical systems powering next-generation AI accelerators in Mountain View, CA. You will own board-level hardware, power delivery, and system-level electrical design from schematics through PCB development and lab bring-up.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in board- or system-level electrical design for high-speed digital systems.
• Proficient with Altium/Cadence tools.
• Experience with DDR/LPDDR, PCIe and SerDes.
• Strong power-delivery, SI/PI, EMC knowledge.
• Hands-on bring-up, debugging, and validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own schematic design and PCB layout for AI accelerator boards and system hardware.
• Design and validate PDNs and voltage rails for high-current silicon.
• Collaborate with SI/PI and packaging engineers for interfaces.
• Lead board bring-up, debugging, characterization, and validation.
• Drive component selection, DFM, and DFT.
• Coordinate with manufacturers through fabrication and production.
• Resolve complex electrical issues across teams.
• Leverage AI-assisted design and debugging tools.
