Job summary

The Judge Group in Bedford, NH is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Advanced Products team. You will design, develop, test, and validate high-performance mixed-signal hardware and RF-enabled systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.

This onsite role emphasizes hands-on development, from schematic capture to prototype validation, with opportunities to influence next-generation hardware and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience designing and developing mixed-signal electronic systems.
• Strong understanding of schematic capture, circuit design, hardware verification, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with electronic laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware systems and solve technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced mixed-signal electronic systems for high-performance applications.
• Create schematic designs and support PCB development from concept through production.
• Design and integrate high-speed communication interfaces, embedded processors, and FPGA-based solutions.
• Develop power electronics circuits, including high-power DC-DC converters and high-voltage switching systems.
• Perform hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and performance verification.
• Conduct laboratory testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
• Analyze technical challenges, troubleshoot hardware issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support technical proposals and contribute to the development of new product concepts and technologies.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, and quality requirements.

• Knowledge of:

• Embedded microprocessor circuit design
• Experience developing products for manufacturing and production environments.
• Familiarity with RF hardware systems and advanced electronic technologies.
