Coffman Engineers’ Honolulu office is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in a consulting engineering environment. The role requires consulting to architectural practices, working on a multi‑discipline engineering team, and providing technical design, construction support, and proposal writing. It demands leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) (HI preferred)
• Experience with Revit (preferred)
• Experience designing DoD projects (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience consulting to contractor and architectural clients
• Experience supervising multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Experience working as part of a multi‑discipline design team

Salary

Expected annual salary: $110,000 – $140,000.
