TSC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to support work at the Naval Research Laboratory. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact high-priority Navy missions.
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, fabrication, testing, and integration of electrical systems for both ground support equipment and flight hardware. This role involves developing analog and digital circuitry to support measurement, control, and instrumentation functions for thermal and electromechanical systems. The engineer will work across the full lifecycle of power systems, including battery technology selection, system sizing, packaging, and testing for a variety of chemistries and mission environments.
In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and may include equity or incentive compensation as part of the total rewards package.
