(KiCAD, OrCAD)* Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and architecture documentation* Research, design, and evaluate electrical systems to meet operational and performance requirements.* Develop and execute test plans and procedures* Design and develop cable assemblies and wiring harnesses, including routing, shielding, and connector selection* Define harness requirements including signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and environmental constraints* Support program schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation* Participate in design reviews and support production and integration activities.* Work closely with a small team to execute fast paced, short timeline projects, both individually and as a team.**Required Qualifications:*** Active/Current DoD Secret clearance required* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field* A minimum of 8 years of experience performing electrical design on complex systems.* Proficiency with electrical design tools.
