NPAworldwide in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee the design, analysis and implementation of electrical systems for healthcare facilities and university projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

The role leads discipline work on medium to large projects and could serve as a project manager on some assignments. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with healthcare or university focus.
• Expertise with engineering software platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship.
• Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions.

Responsibilities
