Hayward Holdings Inc. seeks an experienced electrical engineer to own the design of household and commercial pool controls and electronics from concept through manufacturing release.
The role requires collaboration with product, firmware, and mechanical teams to deliver robust architectures and mature products. Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in electrical design, strong schematic and PCB skills, and hands-on verification experience including EMI/EMC and safety standards.
Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE “HAYW”) is one of the leading manufacturers of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island, Georgia, as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.
We’re looking for a self-directed engineer who thrives with ownership — someone who can take a project from concept through manufacturing release with minimal oversight, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading pool controls, electronics, and assemblies.
Join us to lead, grow, and make an impact as part of a company that values care, respect, and innovation.
