The Division of Property and Construction manages the capital assets of the Department, supporting 18 state-operated facility campuses with over 7.7 million square feet of building space and 148 leased properties totaling 1.2 million square feet. The division also provides maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds services for the Dorothea Dix Campus—35 buildings across 326 acres—and basic maintenance and grounds services for the Governor Morehead School, which includes 31 buildings totaling 291,000 square feet.

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of engineering from an appropriately accredited institution and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience
