The role requires strong project management and client-facing skills, with responsibilities spanning design through construction, coordination with clients, architects, and contractors, and mentorship of junior engineers while ensuring project schedules and deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of electrical design experience in MEP consulting.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design building electrical systems, including power distribution, generators, and UPS systems.
• Lead projects from design through construction.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and review engineering documents.

$120K-$150K + ESOP + Path to Partnership (for qualified candidates - viability to receive maximum compensation dependent on applicable skills and ability to hit the ground running)
