We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Irvine, CA. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay is $66-71/hr to start!!


• 6 – month assignment with the potential for extension/conversion based on performance and budget.


• Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)


• Build prototype tools and fixtures— Lay out, assemble, and modify prototype PCBs, breadboards, fixtures, and specialized tools used for product development.


• Test prototypes— Run electrical and functional tests to determine whether a prototype works as intended and whether the design is feasible.


• Troubleshoot problems— Investigate faulty breadboards, PCB assemblies, hybrids, and prototype equipment to identify where a failure is occurring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field and 7+ years


• Relevant work experience in performing the layout, construction, and evaluation of a variety of prototype Printed Circuit Boards, fixtures and tools.


• Conducts evaluations, tests and analyses related to feasibility and function.


• Performs troubleshooting and fault isolation activities on a variety of breadboards and hybrids.
