Responsibilities

• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate large engineering assignments, managing budget, schedule, quality control, and inter-discipline coordination, including stamping/sealing drawings as the professional in "responsible charge".
• Plan and develop engineering projects addressing unique or controversial problems, utilizing specialized knowledge.
• Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders, acting independently on technical matters.
• Supervise and review the work of engineers and designers on assigned projects.
• Participate in client contact and business development, including proposal preparation and presentations.
• Regularly meet with clients to define scope, review progress, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage major items involving materials, equipment, and quality standards.
• Maintain ongoing professional education as per licensing requirements.
• Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and full professional registration.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, especially in industrial manufacturing facilities.
• License can be waived in some disciplines at discretion.
• Valid driver’s license required, unless waived for international roles.
