About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take on a leadership role within a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position involves leading projects from concept through construction, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to work directly with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction completion
• Manage project teams, schedules, and technical deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering excellence
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various project types
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required (non-negotiable)
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
• Strong expertise in electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, building systems, etc.)
• Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
• Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination
