  • ArcFlash Analysis and technical advisory for electrical and controls design
  • Prepare scope and budgets for proposal
  • Oversee construction projects as the client representative
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations
  • Perform analyses, prepare construction drawings, and write specifications for electrical packages
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget

This role involves designing at various voltages, project management, equipment selection, preparing power systems, conducting arc-flash studies, and controls system design to meet our clients’ expectations and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform engineering calculations for low and medium-voltage power distribution and motor control, including:
  • ArcFlash Analysis
  • Technical advisor for electrical and controls design
  • Prepare scope and budgets for proposal

Minimum Qualifications:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.

US Pay Range

$105,000—$125,000 USD

Full-time employees receive a well-rounded benefit package including access to our company-sponsored Medical (including an HSA High Deductible option), Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. We also offer 100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company’s 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match. Additionally, employees receive paid vacation and sick time, 11 paid holidays, and are able to participate in employee ownership options. MacKay pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual performance bonuses.

Employment requires passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
