Job summary

Tailored Talent in Charleston, SC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems across diverse projects. This in-office role requires strong technical leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead projects on medium to large scales, ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC procedures, and may take on project management responsibilities on select engagements. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive experience in the AEC industry with healthcare or university/higher learning focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Expertise with engineering software platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship.
• Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions.

The Senior Electrical Engineer oversees the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. This role leads discipline work on medium to large projects and could possibly serve as a project manager on some projects.

Required Education & Experience:
