Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering design preferred; Associate degree required.
Minimum of 15 years of related work experience in the power generation design industry.
Experience with 3D modeling of equipment.
Experience with AGI32 is preferred for lighting design.
Responsibilities
Lead technician or supervisor on design projects.
Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex design challenges.
Develop innovative engineering solutions.
Use CAD/BIM/3D tools to create and maintain drawings and project deliverables.
Ensure technical quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.
Coordinate efforts across departments, teams, and stakeholders.
Supervise engineering technicians and guide design activities.
