Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering design preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 15 years of related work experience in the power generation design industry.
• Experience with 3D modeling of equipment.
• Experience with AGI32 is preferred for lighting design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician or supervisor on design projects.
• Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex design challenges.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions.
• Use CAD/BIM/3D tools to create and maintain drawings and project deliverables.
• Ensure technical quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate efforts across departments, teams, and stakeholders.
• Supervise engineering technicians and guide design activities.
