The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of experience including expertise in AutoCAD and project management. Responsibilities include leading electrical designs, mentoring staff, and contributing to quality assurance processes. Qualifications

• 13 years of related experience required.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize new design software programs.
• Expert knowledge in the theory and practices of the assigned discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead various electrical project designs including electrical schematics.
• Approve reports, drawings and tests to meet project performance expectations.
• Train, mentor, and develop less experienced drafting and design staff.

Skills

Expert understanding of design software such as AutoCAD

2D and 3D applications for engineering drawings

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in drafting technology or related field

Associate's Degree and 14 years of related experience

15 years of progressive detailing and design experience
