Job summary

Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in building design consulting; 8+ years preferred.
  • 11+ years in building design consulting or construction industry (as alternative).
  • Ability to mentor, train, and lead others.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, oversee, and manage projects of moderate to complex size.
  • Assist executives with design scopes, fee calculations, and contract reviews.
  • Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
  • Serve as primary contact for teams and clients and manage monthly billings.
  • Ensure design complies with owner standards, IMEG standards, and codes.
  • Lead design and construction coordination across phases.
