Tiello LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join its in-house design team in Sterling Heights, MI. The role focuses on electrical design for active construction projects and requires hands-on AutoCAD proficiency and a construction/contractor background. Candidates should be prepared to relocate to the company headquarters and work 5 days a week in-office; PE is not required but welcomed. Qualifications

Electrical engineering degree required.
Strong hands-on AutoCAD proficiency.
Background in construction is required.
Experience with an electrical contractor is preferred.
Willing to relocate to company headquarters and work 100% in-office, 5 days per week.
PE license not required; PE holders welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide electrical design engineering support for active construction projects.
Produce and review detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
Collaborate closely with the design team, including the design engineering manager and a junior engineer.
Support project teams with design-related questions and troubleshooting.
Mentor and help develop junior design engineers as the team grows.
Help build out design processes and team structure as the department expands.
