Job summary

H2 Recruits in Birmingham, AL is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering Leader to guide a team of engineers, translate business requirements into robust designs, and drive on-time delivery of high‑quality projects.

You will mentor engineers, enforce standards including NEC and UL508A, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine product design while maintaining deep product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
