Job summary

You will lead the estimating team, develop bids from plans and specs, coordinate with project managers, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining IES standards. Travel and on-site work as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of estimating or cost control in electrical construction.
• Experience with data centers and hyperscale projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for electrical construction projects from $20M-$100M.
• Develop proposals capturing scope and costs.
• Lead proposal reviews and coordinate estimating efforts.
• Coordinate bid work with design-build/Design Assist projects.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost effectiveness.
