Job summary
Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced Electrical & Controls Technician to support automated manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot and maintain industrial controls, PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, and electrical systems while leading equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with industrial controls and automation.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and instrumentation.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and AutoCAD drawings.
- Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and industrial electrical standards.
- Experience supporting capital projects and equipment installations.
- Associate degree or technical training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial controls and automation.
- Lead equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide overtime and off-hours support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with NEC/NFPA/OSHA standards.
