Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Grandyle Village, NY, seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, implement and support all site control systems for utilities and production equipment. You will ensure validated state of equipment and compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and local regs, driving efficiency improvements.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 5 years of experience, with strong PLC/HMI, NEC and high voltage knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, high voltage, PLCs, relays, motor controls, PID and sensors.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• English is the primary business language; able to work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support on-site control systems architecture (PLC, HMI, industrial network).
• Maintain Facility Monitoring System and Building Management System in validated state.
• Improve efficiency, safety, and prevent obsolescence; support capital projects and documentation.
• Rebuild/upgrade site utility systems and production equipment; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and may supervise 1–3 direct reports; energy management responsibilities if assigned.
