Job summary

1st St NW Technical Staffing in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Controls Engineer to work on world-renowned projects spanning sports, entertainment, aerospace and amusement parks. You will lead technical efforts, mentor controls engineers, and drive PLC/HMI programming and networking from concept to completion.

Required are a 4+ year degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in controls, with Rockwell Studio 5000 PLC proficiency, prototype testing, commissioning, and debugging experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in controls engineering.
• Rockwell (Studio 5000) PLC programming proficiency required.
• Experience developing prototype testing, commissioning and debugging.
• VFDs, servo drives, and motor controller experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Visual Basic, and C a plus.
