Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking an Assembly Technician for electrical control panels and related wiring in a warehouse environment. You will read electrical schematics, layout enclosures, mount components, wire PLCs/relays, and test panel functionality to ensure proper operation.

The role requires 3–5 years in similar work, high school diploma or GED with technical training preferred, and a strong eye for detail and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years in electrical panel assembly or similar environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience with point-to-point wiring of relays, PLCs, VFDs, and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to complete assemblies.
• Layout back panels, enclosures, and junction boxes per specifications.
• Mount components and route wires with correct spacing and labeling.
• Perform wiring of relays, PLCs, I/O modules, VFDs, and instrumentation.
• Test panels for proper operation and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards while meeting deadlines.
