Qualifications

• Four year Construction/Engineering Degree or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• Minimum of five years experience in construction, design, finance and management.
• 2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor.
• Proficiency in Fisk’s computer software and keyboarding: Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents.

Responsibilities

• Review owner contract and ensure compliance.
• Manage development of master project schedule and quality control program.
• Identify critical issues and milestones.
• Review budgets and scopes with Preconstruction Department.
• Manage project budget and forecast costs.
• Develop Look-Ahead Schedules and monitor job costs.
• Manage company’s quality control program on the project.
