Job summary

Goodall Brazier in California is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will drive planning, budgeting and execution across commercial, data center and renewable energy sectors.

You must be a strong communicator and decisive leader, capable of managing safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while collaborating with owners, developers, GC's, engineers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex electrical construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Strong communication and decisive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage major electrical construction projects in commercial, data center, and renewable energy sectors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with field teams and contractors.
• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify risks and mitigate to protect schedule and profitability.
• Participate in design reviews and pre-construction planning.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Provide leadership and accountability throughout the project team.
