Qualifications

15+ years of electrical construction experience.
5+ years in Superintendent, General Superintendent, or equivalent leadership role.
Strong experience with preconstruction planning and buyouts.
Demonstrated experience implementing prefabrication strategies.
Strong understanding of electrical installation methods, sequencing, and constructability.

Responsibilities

Champion Lean Construction principles across preconstruction and project startup.
Lead prefabrication planning to maximize offsite assembly and improve field productivity.
Assist in scope leveling, bid review, and subcontractor selection.
Review drawings, specifications, and BIM models for efficient installation.
Ensure seamless transition from preconstruction into field execution.
